	Winter on Zakynthos
From November through to May we close the villa. Essential maintenance and further development is done over the winter. Although not for let during this period we would always consider a long let - but first consider the weather. Winter can be cool and wet - temperatures drop to 10 degrees or so (the winter of 2003/2004 the mercury dropped below zero...). Fortunately Paliovigla has central heating and a wood fire - so it never really gets cold.
