Villa Vrachia - The House on the Cliff - was built in 2001 in local Greek style. The property is right on the sea, on a small peninsula, and has
splendid views along the coast of Zakynthos, over to Kefalonia and across the Gulf of Patras towards the Peloponnese. Vrachia sleeps six comfortably. To see more take a look at our gallery.
Access to the sea is only two minutes away on foot. Literally just across the terrace,along the cliff edge and so to the water's edge. There you will find deep, crystal-clear water,
which provides excellent swimming, diving and snorkeling. And all of this is on our own land - so privacy and seclusion are assured.
Of course if the sea doesn't suit then the large (5 x 10 meters) infinity pool will. The pool is by the main terrace with plenty of sun-bathing and shaded areas.
For little ones wanting to swim in the sea, there is small, sheltered, pebbly beach about 5 minutes away on foot next to the house.
The house, which is airy and light, has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and 2 on the first, each with its own bath and/or shower with loo en suite. |

The bigger first-floor bedroom has a double bed; the 2 other bedrooms have twins. An additional, comfortable, folding bed can be put up in the ground-floor bedroom. All bedrooms have through ventilation, sea views and either balconies or French windows giving onto the terrace.
The main living room is on the ground floor and includes a sitting area (traditional open fire-place, sofa-bed, chaise lounge etc), a dining area (table for 8/10), a kitchen area (dish-washer, gas/electric oven, fridge-freezer) and a small cloak-room/loo. There are sea views from almost every room.
A large terrace, extending along the sea-ward and northern sides of the house provides space for sun-bathing and copious shade for dining, reading, etc.
A utility room under the terrace contains a washing machine, a spin-drier (hardly necessary) and a gas/electric water-heater.
Arrangements can be made for nearby boat mooring and for Laser/windsurfer etc launching.
The Peligoni Club is about 8 minutes away along the coast by car and the small port of Micro Nisi, which has 2 nice restaurants, is less than 10 minutes away on foot. There is also a longish beach, Makris Gialos, a further 5 minutes walk away.
