Sleeping 8, Tramontana is located right on the sea with stunning views along the coast towards Aghios Nikolaos and Kefallonia beyond. Below the infinity pool looking out to sea, a thirty yard path leads onto a large expanse of private, user friendly rocks with easy access to the water. The main house comprises of one unusually spacious ensuite bedroom with wide sliding glass doors opening onto a private covered verandah looking over the sea. Alongside there is a large all purpose living room with French windows and shallow steps to the pool and terrace, and a spacious and well appointed kitchen with dishwasher and two fridges. A round table dining area with corner fireplace is positioned under a light and airy hexagonal glass cupola giving a charming atrium like feel to the space. Generous L-shaped sofas provide comfortable seating overlooking the pool and rocky coastline. |

Behind the house there is a large walled courtyard providing protected alfresco outdoor living with barbecue, fountain and a shaded eating area looking over the pool to the open sea.

Further accommodation is provided by three stand alone ensuite cabanas with their own patios looking over the water. To one side of the courtyard and below the cabanas is a sheltered ping pong table terrace, leading onto the boules pitch and cactus garden.
